A.	Setting healthy goals is one way to come up with a plan on how to kickstart your new healthy lifestyle. It gives you something to work for and helps keep you motivated to work hard. When setting your goals, be realistic with yourself. Not reaching your goals within some period of time might be discouragingand cause you to give up altogether.
B.	Focus on one goal at a time to avoid being under pressure and cope with all tasks. If you want to lose weight, make small goals on how to do it. Work out at least three times a week, and add more vegetables to your plate when you want seconds. Keep a journal or track it on your phone to make sure you achieve those small goals weekly. When those goals just become part of your weekly routine, add a new goal – such as only eating out twice a week, or adding a weight lifting class.
C.	The ability to manage your feelings and deal with everyday stresses and difficulties can be challenging. Keeping up good mental health means occasionally putting your own needs first. We can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of our own emotional and physical state. If you are looking for a healthier lifestyle, start with your mental health and make sure you are finding time to relax and do things you enjoy, rewarding yourself for the things you achieve and spending time with good people who value you.
D.	How you think about yourself can have a huge impact on how you feel mentally and physically. Negative thoughts can do a lot of harm to your self-confidence, and influence those around you as well. Try to practise positive thinking instead of having negative thoughts. One way to practise positive self-talk and make a healthy mental change is to be kind to your body. A positive body image is an acceptance of your body. Body positivity makes people confident and comfortable in their own skin.
E.	Getting used to a new workout routine can be difficult, especially if you are new to exercise. However, exercising is one of the best activities to add to a healthy lifestyle. It definitely improves your mood as well as physical well-being significantly. Just like changing your lifestyle, you should come up with goals and a workout plan you can follow. Start small with something as simple as walking three times a week, and gradually add various exercises to your workout schedule.
F.	Eating healthy to lose weight is all about finding nutritious foods you enjoy that you can include in your diet for the rest of your life. There are a lot of diet plans out there that might work for you, but eating healthy comes down to reducing your calories and including healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, seafood, beans and nuts in your meals. Try to cut the amount of processed foods in your diet and look for whole foods instead. This doesn’t mean cutting everything you enjoy – it’s about balance.
G.	Exercising to lose weight, just like eating healthy to lose weight, really only comes down to finding something healthy you enjoy and will continue to do. Just like with eating healthy, you’ll want to start small and try new activities that will help you stay active. If you don’t enjoy running, don’t do it. Find something that you look forward to doing after a long or busy day. Maybe that’s a cycle class, a long walk with a friend, or a yoga class. The important thing is that you are moving and physically using your body.

I am currently working on a project about what draws so many Zetland teenagers towards a future career in IT. To gather some data, I have found the results of an opinion poll conducted among teenagers in Zetland who are interested in this field.
According to the table, 33 per cent of the respondents named a "good salary" as their main motive, while 25 per cent were attracted by the large number of vacancies. Working from home was chosen by 20 per cent of the teenagers.
A good salary is more than four times as popular a reason as constant development, which was selected by only 8 per cent, suggesting that financial benefits currently matter more to young people than long-term learning opportunities do.
A problem that can arise with some IT jobs is long working hours spent sitting in front of a screen, which over time can harm both posture and eyesight. A reasonable solution is to take regular breaks and fit in some physical exercise during the working day.
To conclude, I believe that IT plays an essential role in the modern world, since it drives innovation in almost every industry, and this explains why so many teenagers in Zetland are eager to build a career in this field.

I am currently working on a project about the presents Zetland teenagers most look forward to unwrapping on their birthdays. To collect some data, I have found the results of an opinion poll conducted among teenagers in Zetland about their favourite gifts.
The pie chart shows that "a laptop" was the top choice, named by 25 per cent of the respondents, closely followed by a smartphone with 24 per cent and headphones with 23 per cent. Only 8 per cent preferred a gift certificate.
The three most popular gifts, a laptop, a smartphone and headphones, were together chosen by more than two-thirds of all the respondents, while a laptop was more than three times as popular as a gift certificate.
A problem that can arise with birthday presents is choosing something the person will not actually enjoy or use in the end. A practical way of solving it is to ask a mutual friend or family member for hints about what the person truly needs.
In conclusion, I think the best way to choose a birthday present for a friend is to pay close attention to their hobbies and daily habits throughout the year, rather than relying only on general trends such as the latest gadgets.

If you are thinking of what pet to get, a parrot may be what you need. It is not very difficult to have a parrot as a pet. They are happy to eat fruits, nuts, seeds and buds. It is easy to find such food in pet shops, and it is not very expensive. Some parrot species from the South American continent have been observed to eat clay. They do so to flush out the toxins from their bodies which get into their system through the seeds that they feed on. There are also some parrots who feed on snails or insects, but they can't be bought in a pet shop.
Parrots are also great as pets because they have a relatively long lifespan. It varies according to the species. Small ones can live for up to twenty years, whereas medium-sized ones may have a lifespan of thirty years. Big parrots can live more than a hundred years.

Daniel, hi! I've settled on two photos for the "Ideal weekend" project, and I reckon they'll spark a good discussion. In the first one, a girl with red hair is relaxing on the sofa in her headphones, with her Siamese cat curled up right beside her. In the second, three girls are cycling down a shady country road outside town. Basically, one photo is a calm activity you can do right at home, while the other is a much more active outing with friends, so between them they cover two completely different sides of a perfect weekend. On the plus side, listening to music at home takes zero effort and is a brilliant way to unwind after a busy week. Cycling with friends, on the other hand, is brilliant exercise and just good fun. There are downsides too, though — staying in with music all weekend is pretty passive and doesn't really recharge you the way being active does. Cycling isn't perfect either: it can be exhausting, and there's always a chance of taking a tumble. If I had to pick, I'd go with cycling without a second thought. Staying active with your mates just beats a quiet afternoon on the sofa, in my opinion. Plus, you get to explore somewhere new every time. Anyway, that's my two cents on it.
