Разбор. I would like to talk about school holidays. In Russia, we have several holidays during the school year: in autumn, at New Year, in spring and the long summer holiday. I would make the winter holidays longer because the weather is cold and dark, and students need more time to rest and recover energy. Two weeks does not feel like enough after a long and tiring term. During my holidays I enjoy sleeping longer, meeting friends and travelling with my family if possible. I also like reading books that I do not have time for during the school term. Sometimes I take part in winter sports such as skiing or skating with my friends. My attitude to school holidays is extremely positive. They give students a chance to relax both physically and mentally before starting new lessons. Without holidays, it would be much harder to stay motivated at school. I always look forward to them with great excitement. In conclusion, holidays are an essential part of school life that helps students recharge.
