Разбор. I would like to talk about sports today. A lot of young people do sports nowadays because they want to stay healthy, look good and relieve the stress caused by school and exams. Sports also give teenagers a chance to make new friends and learn to work as a team, which is important later in life. In my school there are several sports clubs and teams, including a football team, a basketball team and a volleyball club, which train after lessons twice a week. There is also a swimming section for those who prefer individual sports rather than team games. To keep fit myself, I go jogging in the mornings and do a short workout at home with my own bodyweight exercises. On weekends I usually play football with my friends in the local park for an hour or two. My attitude to doing sports activities is very positive, because sport helps me feel more energetic during the day and sleep better at night. I also think sport teaches discipline, since you have to train regularly to see any real results. To sum up, I believe sport should be part of every young person's life, and I try to stay active myself as often as I can.
