Полный текст: I would like to talk about learning foreign languages, which has become very important nowadays. Nowadays lots of people learn foreign languages, because knowledge of another language opens up more opportunities for study, travel and future careers. English in particular has become an international language, so many people learn it to communicate with people from different countries. I have chosen to do the English exam this year, because I want to continue studying English at a specialised school and I enjoy this subject more than others. English also seems useful for my future profession, so I decided it was worth the effort of preparing for the exam. To prepare for my English exam, I did a lot of practice tests and paid special attention to grammar and listening tasks. I also read English books and watched films with subtitles to improve my vocabulary and pronunciation. Besides that, I practised speaking with my classmates so that I would not feel nervous during the exam. My attitude to learning foreign languages is very positive, because it broadens my mind and helps me understand other cultures better. I believe that everyone should try to learn at least one foreign language well. To sum up, learning foreign languages, especially English, gives young people many new opportunities in life.
