Разбор. I would like to talk about television today. People spend time watching TV because it is an easy way to relax, get the latest news and enjoy entertainment without much effort. For many families, watching TV together in the evening is also a way to spend time as a family. Most teenagers today, however, prefer browsing the Internet rather than watching TV, because the Internet lets them choose exactly what to watch at any time. Social media and video platforms are also more interactive, so teenagers can comment, chat and share content with friends immediately. There is a TV programme I really like: it is a nature documentary series that shows wildlife from different parts of the world. I enjoy it because it is both relaxing and educational, and I always learn something new about animals or the environment. My attitude to watching TV as a way to spend free time is moderate: I do not watch it every day, but I do not think it is a waste of time either. I believe the key is not to spend too many hours in front of the screen, whether it is TV or the Internet. To sum up, I watch TV occasionally, mostly for documentaries, and I try to balance it with other free-time activities.
