When you’re travelling by yourself, only you’re 32 ______ for it all: reading the map, navigating local transportation, communicating through language barriers...
В английском языке устойчивое сочетание to be responsible for something означает «быть ответственным за что-либо».
- dependable (надежный, тот, на кого можно положиться) — обычно не используется с предлогом for в значении ответственности за выполнение задач;
- consistent (последовательный, постоянный) — требует после себя предлога with (consistent with something) и не подходит по смыслу;
- reliable (надежный, верный) — как и dependable, описывает качество характера человека, но не употребляется в конструкции to be reliable for doing something для обозначения круга обязанностей.
