В предложении 37 описывается ситуация, когда сотрудник обращается к группе людей с указанием: “If you’d like to go out on the Ledge, please join the line here,” he 35 ______ the group.
В тексте мы видим именно такую структуру: he told the group.
- Вариант spoke (speak) требует после себя предлога to перед дополнением (spoke to the group).
- Вариант said (say) также требует предлога to перед адресатом (said to the group) или используется без указания адресата.
- Вариант talked (talk) предполагает беседу и требует предлога to или with (talked to the group).
