Subject: Ecotourism
… In the modern world ecotourism has become a popular way to spend holidays. What is your attitude to ecotourism? Is it popular in your country, why or why not? What new opportunities does ecotourism offer?
By the way, I’ve just returned from a youth camp…
Write an email to George.
In your message:
– answer his questions;
– ask 3 questions about the youth camp.
Write 100 – 140 words.
Remember the rules of email writing.
Dear George,
Thank you so much for your email. It was lovely to hear from you again!
As for your questions, I think ecotourism is a great way to explore nature without harming it, so I have quite a positive attitude towards it. It's becoming more popular in Russia because more people care about protecting the environment nowadays. In my opinion, ecotourism offers wonderful opportunities to learn about wildlife, try outdoor activities and support local communities.
I'd love to know more about your youth camp. Where exactly was the camp located? What activities did you take part in there? Would you like to go back to that camp next year?
I hope to hear from you again soon.
Best wishes,
Alex
