Thanks a lot for your email! Your project on historic cities sounds really interesting.
If you choose St. Petersburg, you should definitely write about the Hermitage Museum and the Peter and Paul Fortress. The city is very popular among both foreign and local tourists, because of its unique architecture and rich history. I think the best season to visit is early summer, when the famous White Nights begin.
You mentioned you'd just returned from a trip to the seaside, so I'm curious. Where exactly did you go? How long did you stay there? What did you enjoy doing most on the trip?
