Thanks a lot for your email! Your school project on national dishes sounds absolutely delicious.
In Russia, borsch and pancakes called blini are among the most popular traditional dishes with both children and adults. I think blini are the easiest dish to cook, because the recipe is quite simple and doesn't take much time. To make them you just need flour, eggs, milk and a little sugar.
You mentioned you want to start taking singing lessons, so I'm curious. Why did you decide to learn to sing? How often will your lessons be? Have you chosen a teacher yet?
