Imagine that you are doing a project on what career development activities are popular among Zetland young people. You have found some data on the subject – the results of a survey (see the table below) .
Comment on the survey data and give your opinion on

Что нужно сделать. Задание альтернативное: 38.1 или 38.2, ученик выбирает один вариант. Оба построены по единому плану из пяти пунктов: вступление о теме проекта и об опросе; 2–3 факта с цифрами; 1–2 сравнения с комментарием; проблема строго по формулировке пункта 4 плана; мнение автора строго по вопросу пункта 5 плана. Объём — 200–250 слов.
Вариант 38.1 (table). Тема проекта — какие способы развития карьеры популярны у молодёжи Зетландии. Источник данных — table, опрос среди: Zetland young people. Проблема выбора карьеры (пункт 4 плана); мнение о том, как найти хорошую работу (пункт 5 плана).

I am currently doing a school project that looks at how young people in Zetland prepare for their future career. To gather data, I found the results of an opinion poll conducted among Zetland young people about this preparation.
The table shows that 32 percent of the respondents rely mainly on "searching the internet for vacancies", while 26 percent prefer "doing an internship". A further 19 percent choose "visiting a job fair".
If we compare the two least common activities, only 15 percent mentioned "speaking to a career advisor", and merely 8 percent picked "making a work-site visit". Independent research and hands-on experience clearly matter more than professional advice here. The steady decline across all five answers suggests that independent digital research has become the most natural first step for most young Zetlanders exploring career options.
Many young people have very little real sense of what a job actually involves day to day. Organising more short work-shadowing days would let students see a profession from the inside before committing to it. Schools could also invite recent graduates back to share their own honest experiences.
In conclusion, in my opinion, the best way to find a good job is to combine a hands-on internship with careful, independent online research, because this combination gives a young person both real experience and a genuinely realistic overview of the job market.

I am currently working on a school project that explores the holiday destinations Zetlanders like best. To research this, I found a pie chart with the results of an opinion poll conducted among Zetlanders about their favourite places to spend a holiday.
According to the data, 32 percent of the respondents prefer "sea resorts", while 25 percent choose "mountains" instead. A further 19 percent said they enjoy "rivers and lakes" the most. These figures give a fairly clear picture of where most Zetlanders choose to unwind each year.
Comparing the two least popular destinations is revealing: only 16 percent picked "ecotourism resorts", and just 8 percent chose "historical places". Natural landscapes clearly attract Zetlanders more than sites connected with culture or history. The fairly even spread between the top three answers suggests that Zetlanders are drawn to a wide range of natural landscapes rather than a single dominant type of destination.
Popular sea resorts become extremely crowded and expensive once the peak season arrives. Choosing a mountain or lake destination instead usually guarantees a quieter, more affordable holiday at exactly the same time of year. Booking a little outside the busiest weeks usually solves most of the crowding as well.
To conclude, in my opinion, a place near water, whether by the sea or beside a lake, makes the best holiday destination, because it comfortably combines relaxation with plenty of outdoor activities suitable for the whole family.
