Возможный ответ.
I am currently working on a project about where Zetlanders like to go on a typical Saturday evening. To gather some data, I have found the results of an opinion poll conducted among residents of Zetland about their favourite evening activities.
The table shows that 37 per cent of the respondents like to go to a "restaurant or café", closely followed by 34 per cent who prefer spending time in a park. A sports centre was chosen by 15 per cent, and a hobby club by 9 per cent of the people.
Visiting a restaurant or café is only slightly more popular than going to a park, but it is more than seven times as popular as visiting a theatre or museum, which attracted just 5 per cent of the respondents, the smallest share on the list.
After a busy working week, it is easy to run out of fresh ideas for how to spend a free evening, and the same familiar places can start to feel repetitive. Drawing up a shared list of local spots to try together is a simple way of keeping things interesting.
To sum up, I believe that spending a Saturday evening outdoors, for example in a park, is the best option, since it combines relaxation with fresh air, something that sitting indoors at a restaurant for the whole evening simply cannot offer.
- Loyalty — 35%
- Creativity — 25%
- Reliability — 22%
- Being motivated — 12%
- Being good-tempered — 6%
Возможный ответ.
I am currently working on a project about what qualities Zetland employers appreciate most in their employees. To collect some data, I have found the results of an opinion poll conducted among employers in Zetland about the traits they value most.
The pie chart shows that "loyalty" is valued most, named by 35 per cent of the respondents, while creativity was chosen by 25 per cent. Reliability came close behind with 22 per cent, and only 6 per cent mentioned being good-tempered.
Loyalty is nearly six times as important to employers as being good-tempered, and it is also somewhat more valued than reliability, showing that long-term commitment matters more to Zetland employers than a pleasant personality alone.
Friction can easily build up at work when what an employee expects from a job does not match what the employer is actually offering, and this mismatch often only becomes clear well after the contract has been signed. Talking these expectations through openly, ideally as early as the interview stage, helps both sides avoid disappointment further down the line.
In conclusion, I think that choosing the right company to work for is extremely important, because working somewhere whose values genuinely match one's own leads to greater job satisfaction and a far more successful career overall in the long term.
